Thank you for your interest in the St. Mike Fest Setup and Teardown Crew . It takes months to plan, but we only have three days to set it up and one day to tear it all down!

We usually start at around 9:00 AM each day. On Wednesday and Thursday we are active until dark, but on Friday we have to be finished before the Festival starts at 6:00. In the past few years we have been finished with teardown on Monday before dinner time. As you can imagine, the number of volunteers - and the weather - have a huge impact on how quickly we can get things accomplished.

Please note:

You can work as long as you are willing and able - you are not obligated to stay for the entire day. We will take any help you can give!

Registration is not required to be part of The Crew - you can just show up whenever you like. However, if you are scheduling for your kids, if you have questions, or want to inform us of any special skills you offer, there is a registration form below.

Lunch is provided every day and dinner is provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Meals are typically sponsored by our generous local eateries!

Many of the tasks involved with setup and teardown can be physically demanding. For this reason, working on The Crew is not typically suited for kids younger than 7th grade.

Being on The Crew is a great opportunity for students who need service hours!

Folks with electrical experience are always in need. If you have such skills we could really use your help!
